Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $85,000–$119,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for meeting daily visit thresholds (Starting at $900 a month) Sign‑On Bonus : Up to $30,000 available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
