Complete credit-control activities including preparing customer account statements, contacting customers regarding past-due balances, and coordinating with account managers to resolve outstanding issues. Completed Bookkeeping and cash reconciliation process. Month-End close support. Other duties as assigned. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Complete credit-control activities including preparing customer account statements, contacting customers regarding past-due balances, and coordinating with account managers to resolve outstanding issues. Support Accounts Payable process. Support Accounts Receivable process. Completed Bookkeeping and cash reconciliation process. Month-End close support. Other duties as assigned. Requirements SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of Accounting experience or multiple internships for new graduate. Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous (Microsoft Business Central) Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to establish and meet deadlines Team player with good analytical skills and problem-solving ability Strong organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task Standard Benefits including available medical, dental and vision programs.
