Membership Transition Specialist
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Membership Transition Specialist to join their team. As a Membership Transition Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Membership Support Department supporting the Membership Management Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Membership Transition Specialist
Location: Mettawa, IL
Shift: $22-24ph
What's the Job?
- Responsible for processing membership cancellation requests in Oracle, SFDC, and updating the cancellation tracker as per timelines
- Maintaining member files in shared drives
- Processing agreement changes in SalesOptima, SFDC, and Oracle
- Handling member inquiries about cancellations, billings, and refunds
- Processing member refunds, ensuring accuracy and compliance
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general accounting using QuickBooks or Oracle
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter with a detail-oriented and can-do attitude
- Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation, especially Excel
