Primary responsibilities include:Complete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accuratelyPrepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover processKeep grounds and common areas clean and free of debrisDeliver exceptional customer service to residentsPerform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakersServicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulkingHandling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blindsPainting and drywall repair as neededRemoving bulk trash, including discarded appliancesClearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')If you’re ready to take the next step in your maintenance career, apply today and get started!Requirements:Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areasPrevious apartment maintenance experience preferredHVAC Certification is a plusCapable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using laddersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work weekends as requiredInterSolutions is a leading staffing provider to the Property Management industry.
