Job Responsibilities: Read technical manuals to understand equipment and controls Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment when there is a problem Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components Perform tests to make sure that the machine is running smoothly Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications

Job Requirements: High school diploma plus equivalent experience, or 2 year associate's degree in industrial maintenance or related field Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication is a plus. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
