Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise water mitigation crews on residential and commercial loss projects
• Perform detailed inspections, moisture assessments, and damage evaluations
• Develop and execute drying plans using industry-standard equipment and procedures
• Set up, monitor and document dehumidification and drying equipment
• Complete moisture readings, daily logs, photos, and job documentation accurately
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, property managers, insurance representatives and team members
• Train and mentor technicians on proper mitigation procedures and safety practices
• Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards
• Identify additional work opportunities and communicate scope changes professionally
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to industry guidelines
• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in water mitigation/restoration preffered
• Previous lead or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of water damage restoration processes and drying principles
• Experience with moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers and monitoring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret drying documentation and job scopes
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ and perform physical restoration work
• Availability for emergency response, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate

$22.00 - $25.00 hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
