To show our appreciation we offer many perks such as: Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately Monitor the front desk and facility entrance to ensure a safe and secure environment Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate logs Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry Communicate important information to nursing staff and management when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Support the team in creating a positive experience for residents and their families Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone system skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
