Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous prenez en charge la matrise d'ouvrage de programmes immobiliers neufs d'habitation.
A ce titre, vous pilotez chaque tape de vos projets : Conception - Finaliser et dtailler le programme de l'opration - Organiser et participer au processus de dsignation du matre d'uvre ainsi que des autres prestataires intellectuels - Planifier les diffrentes phases de conception, analyser et valider les documents d'tude - Elaborer, suivre et mettre en uvre les plans de financement Achat - Lancer l'appel d'offres permettant, aprs passage en commission, de passer les marchs aux entreprises retenues - Ngocier les termes des marchs et organiser la signature - Finaliser les dmarches d'acte authentique (acquisition, bail, ) Ralisation - Organiser le dmarrage du chantier - Suivre la ralisation des travaux et les dmarches auprs des concessionnaires - Valider les dossiers de commercialisation destins aux rservataires - Veiller au respect des dlais - Valider les factures dans le respect du budget et veiller leur rglement, - Assurer la livraison la Direction gestionnaire - Suivre les leves de rserves de rception Des dplacements rguliers sont prvoir sur les dpartements concerns.
Titulaire d'une formation de niveau Bac +5 (btiment, construction, gnie civil, urbanisme, architecture ou immobilier), vous disposez d'une exprience similaire en construction neuve idalement acquise dans le secteur du logement social. Dot d'un bon relationnel, vous tes force de proposition et savez fdrer des quipes pluridisciplinaires autour de la mise en uvre de projets complexes.
