Finance Business Systems Analyst (Finance BSA) Location: Bay Area, CA (Hybrid) Duration: Contract We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Systems Analyst (Finance BSA) to bridge the gap between Finance and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, supporting financial systems, and delivering technology solutions that improve Finance operations. Responsibilities Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and improve Finance business processes and system workflows. Create BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Work closely with IT and development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support system testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful business solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Finance Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Finance business processes and financial systems. Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
