Growing manufacturing company seeking to add a Machine Operator / Saw Operator to their team!

This position is a full-time, long-term role, we are looking for career oriented individuals. Openings are on 1st shift (M-F).

Candidates will be primarily operating an industrial saw to cut different steel parts to the right size based on customer specifications. Candidates will also be operating other machines as needed, and helping out in other areas of the shop as needed. Candidates will be using a tape measure on a daily basis to cut products to the correct size. Candidates are required to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a fabricating, machine operating or saw operating background but if you are mechanically inclined and can read a tape measure, we will train!

Pay is based on previous experience and skill level.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paynesville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
