As a Security Officer Building Access Control in Santa Ana, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will serve as a welcoming, visible presence while supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communication. You will assist employees and guests with professionalism, respond to incidents, and help maintain an orderly environment. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor sign-in processes, and direct guests to appropriate offices or contacts.
• Monitor access to the property, maintain entry logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, and provide information or assistance consistent with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
