Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.

Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure is required.
