Job Description
The Entry Level Accountant plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of a small team, typically consisting of 1-5 members. Reporting directly to the owners, this position involves maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with various accounting tasks using Deltek Ajera and ADP software. The ideal candidate is eager to develop their accounting skills and contribute to effective financial management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and assist with account reconciliations
- Perform accurate data entry and track expenses
- Process invoices and maintain the general ledger
- Provide support for payroll operations
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Entry-level experience in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
