Blackmore and Buckner, A Tecta America Company is currently searching for experienced commercial roofers at our Noblesville, IN location We are looking for experienced commercial roofers with 2+ years of experience to work on a variety of different roof systems in many locations across Indiana. This includes re-roofs and new construction projects.Commercial Roofer Responsibilities:Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installationInstall flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specificationsFollow all OSHA safety requirements and company safety policiesRead and follow job drawings and work ordersMaintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanlinessWork efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectationsCommunicate effectively with foremen and project managementAssist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew membersWe Offer:STARTING PAY RATE between $22 and $35.50 per hour depending on experience.Total union package including Pension, Supplemental pension, and Health and Welfare totaling $47.84/HR for Journeyman.Paid time offCompany events: Family days, holiday party, employee daysTecta America is an Equal Opportunity EmployerMust be able to pass pre-employment screening
