Property Manager What this job involves: As a Property Manager at JLL,you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing an Office building or portfolio in Washington, DC. Youare responsible forall aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will alsobe responsible forpreparing budgets and financial reports, managing Tenant Improvements and/or capital improvement projects, and developing your staff. What your day-to-day will look like: Oversee comprehensive property operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis to ensureoptimalperformance Build andmaintainstrong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs promptly and proactively to enhance satisfaction and retention Coordinate maintenance activities, capital improvements, and vendor management tomaintainhigh property standards and operational efficiency Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and market analyses to support strategic decision-making for property owners Manage lease administration processes including renewals, amendments, and tenant improvement coordination Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements whilemaintainingcomprehensive documentation All other tasks which may berequiredtocomply withProperty Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations On-site presencerequired Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field Real estate licenserequiredwithin six (6) months of hire date 3+years of commercial property management experience withdemonstratedsuccess in tenant relations 3+years ofexperience in budget development, financial analysis,variancereportingand CAM reconciliations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholder groups ProficiencyinYardi, MRI and Excel Preferred qualifications: Experience managing Class A office buildings, retailcenters, or mixed-use developments Background in capital project management and construction oversight Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives and LEED-certified properties This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
