Ideal candidates will demonstrate genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for working with hardware and technology, rather than purely theoretical or unrelated technical experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTest, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies to written and/or oral specifications in a timely fashionResponsible for meeting or exceeding quality and efficiency standardsEnsures quality and operation of workReads and interprets schematics and blueprints required to ensure proper calibration of machinesTimely and accurate testing and calibration of all electronic subassemblies and must clearly document resultsEnsure that design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods and/or processes are developed as well as executed in a manner which supports all Quality StandardsPerform other duties as requiredRequired SkillsInterest in computers as a hobby (e.g., building PCs, upgrading components)Experience installing software, updates, and driversAbility to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issuesGeneral technical literacy and comfort working with computer systemsAbility to perform light physical work (lifting 25 lbs) for assembly tasksWork Environment / Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs for assembly tasksOn-site manufacturing environmentBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a leading medical device manufacturer focused on women's health and diagnostic/treatment technology, operating manufacturing and quality operations in Newark, DE.
