Spectrum Home Internet Enrollment – Store Setups - Events 

JM Enterprise Group is hiring motivated, outgoing Customer Service Representatives to work at tabletop store's location & Events 

This is an in-person customer-facing position — NOT remote .

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with families, educating them about available Home Internet services, checking service availability, and helping qualified customers complete their enrollment.

• Work at a professional tabletop display inside Walmart locations.
• Greet and engage Walmart shoppers.
• Educate customers about available Fiber Internet plans and promotions.
• Check customers' addresses for Fiber Internet availability.
• Explain pricing, speeds, equipment, installation, and promotional offers.
• Assist interested customers with completing Fiber Internet enrollments.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the enrollment process.
• Answer basic questions about internet service.
• Maintain an organized and professional sales table.
• Follow all company, retailer, and program guidelines.
• Meet individual and team enrollment goals.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.

• Must be 18 years or older .
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Retail, event, internet, wireless, or telecommunications experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to stand and interact with customers during scheduled shifts.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to earn.
• Must be comfortable working inside Walmart retail locations.
• Training provided.
