Overview We are seeking a dynamic Regional Director of Client Operations to oversee our operations and client relationships. This is a director-level position reporting to the Vice President of Operations. The Regional Director will manage a team of Performance Managers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction with our security services. Oversee the development, growth, and retention of business opportunities in the retail, tech, and logistics sectors. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through industry contacts, networking, market research, and participation in local/regional trade and professional organizations. Provide hands‑on support during high‑peak periods, seasonal fluctuations, and special events within the market of responsibility. Ensure client retention by maintaining open lines of communication and offering prompt support in response to client concerns and needs. Serve as the face of Metro One, embodying our commitment to service excellence and client satisfaction. Report directly to the Vice President of Operations and collaborate with senior management to achieve strategic goals.
