Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location / Work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Provide instruction to patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and refer patients for additional care when needed. Adapt to patient needs and find joy in variety of settings. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
