Data Conversion Specialist
Local candidates required due to onsite requirement. Candidate selected MUST work onsite 3 days every week, NO exceptions.
The Data Conversion Specialist will be responsible for converting existing PDF documents for accessibility compliance with SEC 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Create web content pages and ensuring converted documents maintain the integrity and formatting of the original PDFs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in HTML is a plus.
The Specialist will use the accessibility tool and action wizard tool within Adobe to create accessible and compliant PDFs. In doing so, the Specialist will need to identify form fields, set alternate text, tag text that has not been auto detected and organize the reading order and HTML structure.
