Part-Time Geriatrics Physician — Skowhegan Community Care

PCHC

Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking a BC/BE physician (MD or DO) to join our Community Care and Geriatrics service as a part-time provider at a Skowhegan facility. The CCG serves adult and geriatric populations in Bangor area facilities, including nursing homes, long-term care and assisted living. The position is planned as part-time for one 10-hour day per week. The provider will work with the Medical Director and facility staff, focusing on skilled admissions, acute needs, and building #J-18808-Ljbffr PCHC
