Location: Pennsylvania

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Openings: 1

Position Overview

Outpatient primary care and corporate wellness coverage for employees and eligible family members.

Focus on wellness and prevention, acute episodic care, and chronic condition management.

May include work related injury evaluation and return to work determinations as applicable.

Clinical Scope

Ages seen: 2 years and older (must be approved to see ages 2 plus).

No pain management.

DOT certification preferred when applicable.

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (FNP preferred).

National certification as applicable.

Active state license in Pennsylvania.

DEA required.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

Onboarding

Paid clinic shadowing may be requested prior to independent coverage.

Required compliance trainings must be completed prior to start (paid per client guidelines).
