Body Shop Estimator

Rowe Ford Sales is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Westbrook, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, and working closely with both customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth and efficient repair process. This position offers weekly pay within a competitive salary range and an opportunity to contribute to a trusted local business. Responsibilities Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs. Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry‑standard software. Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians to coordinate repairs. Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on claims and authorizations. Stay current with the latest repair techniques, automotive materials, and industry standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar automotive repair estimating role. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, tools, and materials. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers and insurance representatives. Familiarity with estimating software and computer proficiency. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Benefits Competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
