Board Member, Medical Devices About the Company Respected medical device & diagnostics organization Industry Medical Device Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Board Member with a strong background in financial leadership, particularly as a former CFO of a publicly traded company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's growth agenda and may also have the opportunity to serve as an Audit Committee member or Chair. While prior experience on a public board is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role involves collaborating with a respected group of industry professionals and experts, contributing to strategic decision-making, and ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization.
