Entrepreneur for AI Business Systems Evaluation

Use your hands-on entrepreneurial and business systems experience to evaluate real-world workflows, tools, and processes, producing detailed feedback and training data that improve how next-generation AI systems learn and perform. This contributor role emphasizes practical business operations expertise rather than prior AI experience.

• Test and evaluate real-world workflows, systems, and processes based on your experience running and optimizing a business.
• Assess and validate project management, CRM, and productivity tools using data and examples from your own operations.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization, and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
• Analyze business data to evaluate tool performance, usability, and impact on operations.
• Document findings clearly and collaborate with the customer team to recommend improvements.
• Communicate insights and feedback in both written reports and verbal discussions.
• Contribute operational expertise to the creation of high-quality AI training datasets.

• Proven experience actively operating a business, with direct, hands-on involvement in business systems and day-to-day operations.
• Deep knowledge of business operations, project management, and workflow optimization.
• Extensive experience using and evaluating CRM systems, SaaS tools, and process automation platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from operational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and thorough documentation.
• Ability to document, evaluate, and recommend improvements to real-world business processes.
• Access to real operational workflows and data you can use for authentic testing and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising or training teams on digital transformation efforts.
• Background in SaaS implementation or business systems integration.
• Familiarity with trends in AI, automation, or digital productivity tools.

• Engagement type: Contractor, remote.
• Independent contractor relationship, contributions are provided on a contract basis.

• Pay rate: $50 - $120 per hour.

• No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise is the primary qualification.
