Senior Manager, GTM AI Business Partner

Role Description

Reltio is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM AI Business Partner to identify and prioritize high-value GTM AI products and workflows that improve efficiency or expand revenue opportunities. This role serves as the functional product owner for priority GTM AI products and either builds them directly or partners with the Enterprise AI Hub on more complex solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and prioritizing high-value use cases.
• Developing user stories and designing AI-powered workflows.
• Defining product specifications and curating context for workflows.
• Standing up new solutions through no-code/low-code approaches or in partnership with the Enterprise AI Hub.
• Supporting the Director, GTM AI and Transition Enablement in rolling out new AI-powered workflows across the GTM organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS GTM, Solutions Consulting, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Enablement, Product Strategy, or similar roles.

• AI and Systems Fluency: Strong understanding of AI assistants, agents, prompts, and the business implications of systems and connectors.

• Source-of-Truth and Trust Judgment: Good instincts for governed inputs and confidence cues.
• Cross-Functional GTM Understanding: Ability to work across multiple customer-facing functions.
• Bias Toward Action: Comfort shipping practical first versions quickly and iterating based on user feedback.
