Dealership Warranty Claims Assistant

Your Role: Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers accurately and efficiently. Review repair orders for compliance with manufacturer warranty policies. Communicate with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers to resolve claims. Maintain detailed records using dealership software and ensure timely follow-ups on pending claims. Monitor warranty receivables and reconcile discrepancies promptly. Key Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, data entry skills, and organizational abilities. Experience in automotive service departments, warranty processing, or dealership operations (preferred but not required). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
