Title Insurance Officer

This is a full-time position for a Title Insurance Officer, working on-site in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. The Title Insurance Officer will handle the end-to-end processing of title insurance orders, including reviewing documents, conducting title searches, and identifying any issues that may impact property ownership. The role involves preparing title commitments and policies, coordinating with all stakeholders, resolving title issues, and providing superior customer service. Ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records are essential parts of the role. Qualifications Experience in Title Insurance processes, including title searches, title clearance, and policy preparation Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in handling legal documentation Knowledge of real estate transactions, property laws, and legal terminology Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with strong computer literacy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, agents, and other stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with the local real estate market are highly advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr United Land Title Agency
