This position requires strong coordination between production, procurement, and logistics teams to achieve timely, cost-effective, and accurate manufacturing outcomes.Other Duties/ Expectations:Develop and maintain efficient routing strategies to optimize material flow through the production process.Collaborate with production teams to plan and schedule workflows, minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing efficiency.Monitor and update routing information in the ERP system, Syteline, to ensure accuracy in production schedules and material movement.Ensure that all routers and drawings are up to date with the latest revisions before release for production to prevent errors and maintain consistency.Identify inefficiencies or delays in production and propose solutions for process improvement.Work cross-functionally with procurement, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely material availability.QualificationsResponsibility:Work with Shop Forman to schedule work loadExperience Levels:3-5 years of manufacturing experiencePhysical Requirements:Mobility in plantAbility to lift at least 45 poundsVisual hearing abilities with or without correctionCommunication SkillsRequired Skills:Basic Computer SkillsCustomer Service SkillsBasic Fabrication SkillsBilingual is a plusBasic Math Skills, Shop Math TrigonometryAbility to read and understand blueprints and operator instructionsAbility to read tape measure
