This individual will play a critical role in coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS or technology environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and has experience supporting multiple technical searches simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple teams and hiring managersSupport recruiters throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and corporate hiringServe as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview processManage complex interview scheduling and calendar coordinationMaintain candidate records and ATS data accuracyPartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to keep hiring processes moving efficientlyCoordinate background checks, offer logistics, and onboarding activitiesDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience from application through hireAssist with recruiting operations and process improvement initiatives as the organization continues to scaleQualifications & Requirements3 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience in a tech-based environment Experience within a SaaS, software, startup, or technology-driven environmentProven success in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environmentExperience supporting multiple concurrent requisitions and interview processesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience utilizing ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar systemsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work onsite Monday-Friday in Marina Del ReyLos Angeles, CA, USOn-SiteInformation Vaco$ 35.00 - 45.00 hourly contract-to-hire
