FRYER OPERATOR

Start $18.00, Mon- Fri and some Saturdays, 6am to 6 or 7pm. Some Saturdays.

MUST BE:
Energetic - Physically Strong - Quick Learner - Experience in food production a plus

Need permanent employee with drive and interest who wants a job to grow in. Fast-paced
environment. Must be physically able to lift 65 lb. boxes, energetic, have good communication
skills, want to learn and grow with the job, and be a team player - willing to do whatever is
needed to get product produced correctly and efficiently. Must be able to work in a very hot,
humid environment half of the year – the kitchen gets very hot in the summer.

Job duties include:
Gather raw materials needed for the day’s production
Keep the fryer at the correct oil level and temperature
Keep the seasoner full
Use the correct raw materials according to the product being produced
Closely communicate with the packaging machine operators and palletizers to ensure
the correct amount of product is produced with minimal overages and shortages
Closely communicate with fellow fryer operator to ensure kitchen is staffed at all times
Complete daily paperwork to comply with USDA requirements
Keep the kitchen neat and free of debris during operating hours
Keep the raw material storage area neat, clean and organized

Temp to perm. After meeting required hours by the agency with no unexcused absences or
tardiness, the candidate will be hired and pay increased based on job mastery. Subsequent
increases will be awarded as job skills are mastered. Good attendance is imperative: this job is
the heart and soul of the production process.
