Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Float

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Float team. This position involves providing care across various medical specialties and requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift/Hours: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (12-hour shift with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Ratios: Typically 1:6, varying according to patient needs
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• On-Call Requirement: No
• Block Schedule: Not available

Qualifications

• Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a comparable acuity hospital
• First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes, considered
• Certifications Required: BLS certification
• Pendings License: Not accepted; must have an active, unencumbered TN (or multi-state) RN license
• Cerner EMR Experience: Required

• 10E – Trauma
• 8E – Medical
• 7S – Observation
• 5E – Medical
• 5W – Oncology
• 4S – Medical Nephrology
• 9E – Ortho
• 7E – Joint Replacement/Ortho
• 6S & 6E – Neuro
• 9H – Vascular
• 8H – Pulmonary
• 7H – Cardiac Surgery
• 4H – Cardiac
