Commercial Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Commercial Leasing Manager & Tenant Relations professional for a privately held commercial real estate ownership group overseeing a prominent Class A office property in downtown San Francisco. This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in San Francisco, California.


POSITION OVERVIEW:
This highly visible role is responsible for leading commercial leasing operations while also serving as a key relationship manager for tenants within a premier high-rise office environment. The position combines leasing strategy, tenant engagement, broker coordination, and operational collaboration to support occupancy goals and elevate the tenant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee commercial leasing operations including lease negotiations, renewals, proposals, and transaction coordination
• Partner with brokers, legal counsel, property management, architects, and construction teams to support leasing activity and tenant improvements
• Maintain strong tenant relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for leasing requests, renewals, and occupancy initiatives
• Facilitate leasing tours, monitor suite readiness, and support marketing efforts to increase occupancy and tenant retention
• Track leasing activity, prepare forecasts and budget support materials, and provide regular updates to leadership
• Stay informed on local market activity, competitive properties, and emerging leasing trends to support strategic decision-making

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Commercial real estate leasing experience, ideally within office or Class A assets
• Strong lease negotiation, tenant relations, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished presence
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
This opportunity offers a base salary of $125,000 to $140,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
