What to Expect
Your journey begins with an immersive one-month virtual classroom experience, where you'll build a strong foundation in reverse mortgage products, sales fundamentals, compliance, systems, and customer conversations.
After completing the virtual classroom, you'll transition into a comprehensive 12-month development program designed to accelerate your success. You'll participate in weekly skill-building sessions, receive personalized one-on-one coaching from experienced sales leaders, and apply what you've learned through real-world customer interactions.
Our goal isn't simply to help you become licensed or originate your first loanit's to develop confident, knowledgeable, high-performing mortgage professionals with the skills, coaching, and support to build a rewarding long-term career.
Who we're looking for:
We especially encourage experienced traditional mortgage loan originators to apply. If you understand the lending business and want to serve a growing, underserved market retirees looking to strategically strengthen their retirement income we want to talk!
Don't have your NMLS license? No problem. We'll help you obtain and pay for your NMLS license.

- To assist with the transition you are covered with a monthly base during the 12 month training program.
