Power BI Developer (Hybrid - Charlotte, NC)

Our client is looking for a Power BI Developer to join their growing technology team and help turn data into clear, actionable insight. • Job Type: Contract (3 months, with potential for extension)
• Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (4 days onsite / 1 day remote per week)

• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $40.00-$45.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization
• Leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, to streamline and automate key workflows
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs
• Assist with updates and ongoing maintenance of a network of affiliated websites built on WordPress
• Partner with cross-functional team members and site-level staff to gather requirements and deliver practical, data-driven solutions

What Gets You the Job:

• Strong, hands-on experience developing solutions and dashboards in Power BI
• Proficiency with other Microsoft Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate
• Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
• Experience with WordPress (or a strong willingness to learn) to support ongoing website updates
• Great communication skills and the flexibility to work across teams and stakeholders; experience with Yardi is a plus
