Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across production lines.
• Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Implement and sustain visual management systems and 5S initiatives.
• Mentor and coach teams on problem-solving techniques and waste reduction.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement impact.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing significant process improvement projects.
• Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, and relevant software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
• Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing junior CI practitioners.
• Experience working with diverse teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
