The Director of Nutrition Services (Journey) supports skilled nursing facilities by providing hands-on guidance and oversight to dietary departments. This role assists with menu development, food ordering, regulatory compliance, and operational improvements to ensure high-quality nutrition and dining services for residents. The position partners closely with onsite teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive dining experience across locations. Responsibilities:

The position partners closely with onsite teams to drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive dining experience across locations. Responsibilities:
- Menu and Nutrition planning: Development of nutritional programs
- Operational Management: Budgeting, purchasing, and ensuring compliance with state laws
- Leadership: Hiring, training, and managing care team
- Quality Control
- Must have CDM or be a Registered Dietitian
- Previous long term care experience
- Must be able to travel 75%
- Medical Dental, vision insurance
