Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new and ongoing patients, utilizing best practices to create tailored treatment plans that promote successful outcomes.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual patient needs effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring they meet state and federal regulations as well as organizational standards.
• Engage in collaborative case consultations with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for each patient.
• Participate in peer review meetings and case consultations to share insights and continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Educate and support patients, as well as their families, by empowering them with mental health knowledge and coping strategies to enhance their overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the mental health field to further improve client care and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse and dynamic patient population comprising children, adolescents, and adults presenting varied mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, specifically in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-oriented therapeutic interventions, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Experience

• 3 or more years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with complex mental health issues.
• Experience in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with digital record-keeping tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
