To support a growing logistics team, the full-time Freight Broker (Carrier Sales Representative) will source and manage carrier capacity, negotiate rates, and ensure efficient freight movement across North America while working remotely. Key responsibilities Source, onboard, and manage a network of carriers to support freight demand Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to maximize margins Coordinate shipment execution and ensure on-time delivery Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or a customer-facing role Strong understanding of North American lanes and market trends Experience using load boards like DAT or Truckstop Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset
