Salary Range Base pay range: $166,660 – $397,180 per year. Total compensation includes base, commission, and bonus. Anticipated annual compensation of $33,280 paid at $16/hour for a 40‑hour work week. Requirements We are looking for someone with a proven sales track record, a competitive spirit, and a passion for achieving great results. Experience in a commission-based role is preferred. As a New Home Consultant, you will need strong communication skills for face‑to‑face or phone interactions and will be required to work weekends.
