We're making Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) as essential as SEO. Our platform helps brands track and improve their visibility across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

We're YC-backed, profitable, and competing in a market where AI discovery is exploding with customers like Amazon, Unilever, Acer, PayTM, Mama Earth, and more.

We're looking for an AI Product Manager who builds, not just specs. This is not a traditional PM role. You won't write requirements and wait for designers or developers to pick them up. You'll use AI coding tools to prototype working solutions yourself. You'll ship fast, learn from users, and iterate.

Product Discovery & Strategy

• Own the roadmap for core organic growth platform features
• Run continuous discovery: user interviews, data analysis, competitor research
• Identify gaps and opportunities before they're obvious
• Make prioritization calls based on user impact and business value

Build & Ship

• Prototype working solutions using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit)
• Work with engineers to refine and ship production-ready features
• Move from idea to testable prototype in hours, not weeks
• Maintain a high quality bar while moving fast

Research & Competitive Intelligence

• Track competitors obsessively: new features, positioning, pricing moves
• Stay ahead of AI search platform changes (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI)
• Synthesize trends into actionable product insights
• Share intelligence across the team regularly

Data & Optimization

• Live in product analytics tools daily (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)
• Define and track key KPIs for your features
• Run experiments and measure impact
• Use data to kill features that aren't working

UX & User Advocacy

• Think from the user's standpoint, not the PM's
• Obsess over friction points and edge cases
• Push for simplicity and clarity in every interaction
• Test with real users early and often

Cross-Functional Work

• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
• Support launches with positioning and enablement materials
• Connect customer feedback to product decisions
• Jump in wherever needed

The Profile We're Looking For

Builder PM

• You prototype solutions, not just document requirements
• You use AI tools to move at 10x speed
• You have enough engineering background to be dangerous
• Obsessed with competitors and market shifts
• Balances speed with quality
• Takes ownership of outcomes, not just outputs

Must-Haves

• 3+ years in product at a fast-moving startup (AI company preferred)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
• Some software engineering background (you can read and write code)
• Strong UX instincts: you think like a user
• Data-driven: you use analytics tools daily, not weekly
• High ownership: you see problems and fix them without being asked
• Taste: you know what good looks like

AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)

• Power user of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar for daily work
• Already using AI coding tools to prototype and build
• Comfortable learning new AI tools in days, not months
• Treats AI as how you work, not an add-on
