Position Role: Experienced or Licensed Veterinary Technician Status: Full-time Salary: Starting at $20 - $25 per hour, based on experience and licensure Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Thursday–Sunday, with a mix of General Practice and Urgent Care Company Culture Occasional coffee runs, ice cream parties, and meals on us. Administer and monitor anesthesia and sedation under DVM direction. Perform dental cleanings, radiographs, and assist with extractions. Collect and process diagnostic samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology, etc.). Manage inpatient care, including IV catheter placement, fluid therapy, and medication administration. Educate clients about treatments, medications, and home care. Maintain surgical suites, medical equipment, and hospital inventory. Mentor veterinary assistants and newer technicians, sharing skills and experience. Support the front desk as needed to ensure a seamless client experience. Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence. Qualifications A passion for patient care and client service. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
