What Your Job Duties Will Include: Reflects our Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch Produces/Manage branch production reports Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager What We Offer: A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, and life insurance. 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan.
