Trade Compliance Coordinator

Payrate: up to $90k DOE What's in it for you? PTO/Vacation 401k Trade Compliance Coordinator Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 / annually First Shift Manage and maintain compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, including import/export requirements and tariff updates Utilize the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) system for entry review, data management, and reporting Perform HTS classification and ensure accurate tariff application across imported goods Identify and execute duty recovery opportunities, including duty drawback and post-entry corrections Review and correct entry summaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CBP requirements Support post-entry processes, including reconciliation, protests, and amendments Collaborate with customs brokers, internal teams, and government agencies to resolve discrepancies Generate and analyze reports using Excel and SAP to identify trends, discrepancies, and recovery opportunities Maintain documentation and audit trails to support compliance and internal/external audits Stay current on changes to trade laws, tariffs, and regulatory requirements Trade Compliance Coordinator Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in trade compliance, customs compliance, or import/export operations Strong working knowledge of HTS classification, U.S. customs regulations, and CBP processes Hands-on experience with ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) Experience with duty drawback, post-entry corrections, or customs reconciliation Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and experience with SAP preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
