Nurse Manager Cardiac Catheterization LabA large, integrated healthcare system is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead Cardiac Catheterization Lab operations at an acute-care hospital. The ideal candidate is a clinically strong cardiovascular nurse leader who can build team capability, drive quality outcomes, and manage a high-acuity procedural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and clinical leadership for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab on a 24/7 basisManage staffing, on-call scheduling, and resource planning for a high-volume cath labLead, coach, and develop cath lab nursing and tech staff through performance management and mentorshipMonitor and drive quality metrics, patient safety outcomes, and infection control complianceCollaborate with interventional cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and ancillary teams to optimize procedural throughputOversee departmental budget, supply utilization, and equipment maintenance programsEnsure compliance with TJC, state, and cardiovascular accreditation standardsRequirementsActive RN license in Oregon (or compact licensure eligible)BSN required; MSN preferred3+ years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular nursing clinical experience1+ years of nursing leadership, charge, or supervisory experienceCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsPreferred QualificationsRCIS or cardiovascular nursing certification (CMC, CSC)Experience with EP lab or hybrid OR environmentsMSN or graduate degree in nursing or healthcare administrationFamiliarity with cath lab information systems and EpicScreening QuestionsDo you hold an active RN license in Oregon, or are you eligible for licensure?How many years of Cath Lab nursing experience do you have, and have you held a leadership or charge role?Are you able to work onsite full-time in the Happy Valley, OR area?
