Compliance AnalystMandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, seeking a Compliance Analyst in our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Woodland Hills, CA office.This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones.Individual will work closely with Firm's Compliance Team to facilitate the organization's compliance with consumer and collection laws, regulations and best practices. Primary responsibilities include management of consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims to ensure proper tracking, reporting and organization.Essential Job Functions:Managing consumer disputes, verification of debt requests, fraud and hardship claims including initial review, entry into the firm's system of record, monitoring the status, and ensuring timely resolution based on firm and client directives and requirementsMonitoring for compliance with internal policies and procedures and regulatory requirementsMinimum (2) two years of experience in collections, compliance, quality assurance or complaint/dispute management is preferredMinimum: High School Diploma or equivalent required.Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.Medical, Dental, Vision and Short and Long term disability insurance coverage; 401K plan with company matchHealth Savings AccountCompany paid Life InsurancePTOPaid Parental LeaveOpportunities for advancement and professional developmentThis hourly range for this position is between $20.00 to $25.00
