About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to lead a team of Account Executives in expanding customer spend within existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue growth. This role involves setting and measuring performance against quotas, joining customer calls, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The RVP will also be expected to develop and implement proactive territory strategies, account plans, and provide feedback using various sales tools. A key aspect of the position is to mentor the team, ensure individual and team accountability, and deliver accurate sales forecasts. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota-carrying software sales role, with a BA/BS degree. Preferred qualifications include over 5 years of leadership experience in managing sales teams, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and experience in e-signature or CLM solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The RVP will be expected to travel as needed and must be adept at hiring, building, and coaching a sales team, as well as managing performance and creating a talent bench.
