The Troy Mannan Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking an ambitious, competitive, and self-motivated sales professional to join our growing team. Insurance experience is welcome but not required. We believe exceptional salespeople can learn insurance—we can't teach work ethic, integrity, or ambition.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, and other insurance products.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to better protect clients.
• Follow up with prospects using our proven sales systems.
• Generate referrals and develop your personal book of business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a New Mexico Property Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain (or currently hold) a New Mexico Life Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technology
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Willingness to accept coaching, accountability, and continuous professional development
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals
