Exceptional Corporate Support. Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) : Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related. Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility. Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
