Shift Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to maintain McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to aid shift preparation. Meet shift targets and assist assigned Departments in reaching their goals. Key duties include: Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates should be positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
